Co-op Homes is passionate about remaining a truly customer-focused organisation with services that are developed and improved in line with customer feedback.
We believe that our residents have a major role in decision making. Therefore, we need your views across a whole range of areas that residents have told us are important to them - including estate improvements in the local area, repairs at home, who we let our properties to, which contractors we use and how we communicate.
At Co-op Homes residents can choose the level of involvement. You can attend estate meetings, join focus groups, help us review our service policies, take part in procurement exercises, carry out estate inspections in your local area or simply fill in our tenant surveys.
Because Co-op Homes really does appreciate your ideas and the time you give to us in return for your involvement we can cover travel costs, help with child care costs and keep you up to date with training opportunities.
