We offer a wide range of management services to 30 housing co-operatives and other community organisations across Greater London and the Thames Valley. We also provide good quality housing to 300 residents in our own homes.
We value the part we play in the community housing sector and have built up an extensive knowledge of the needs and aspirations of housing co-op since we were founded in 1986. We're keen to help co-op members retain sovereignty and control of their own housing so we work with them to tailor packages to their individual requirements - whether this be fully managed or digital only.

The Regulator is setting new Tenant Satisfaction Measures. We have asked a third party company, IFF, to ask Co-op Homes tenants set questions on our behalf. Tenants will have the option to opt out.
