Most recently as a consultant he has developed operating models for newly registered housing providers, advised on and drafted policy, delivered a Local Authority Housing Strategy, completed a range of end to end service reviews, conducted research into change management, drafted and negotiated housing management contracts and advised on transformation programmes.

John said: “I’m really excited to be working in the co-op sector and with so many diverse organisations. The news comes after a robust and competitive recruitment process that involved Co-Op Homes Board, employees and other key stakeholders.

We'd also like to take the opportunity to thank Jitinder Takhar for her drive and positive contribution to the organisation whilst interim MD.
