Co-op Homes is pleased to announce a return to a normal repairs service from Tuesday 6th April and your ability to report repairs to us using FIXFLO.
By self-reporting you are able to beat the queues on the telephone and specify the type of issue you're experiencing. The order will be fast-tracked into our repairs team and we'll organise a contractor for you in accordance with our priority response times (if this is a service that Co-op Homes provides for you).
So, from today you'll have access again to our smart, web-based image portal to report and track repair issues in over 40 languages - Fixflo will automatically suggest solutions to common, easy-to-fix repair requests, allowing you to resolve issues yourselves without waiting for a contractor.
As before, if you or a member of your household are experiencing any symptons of COVID-19 please do not request a repairs visit online but call us on 020 3166 2608 so we can discuss the situation.
Please note that operatives entering your home will be wearing full PPE and you may be asked to keep a socially distanced space away or wait in another room while the work is in progress.
Please also note that we due to the backlog of issues and people waiting for repairs, we will be prioritising orders and doing urgent repairs first.
