The Co-op Homes' Customer Focus Group has introduced a code of conduct for contractors. It sets out the criteria for behaviour and workmanship that all existing or potential contractors who visit our residents' homes are required to follow.

We will only employ contractors who sign up to the code and are pleased that we get such good feedback from you about the services they supply to you on our behalf. However, if you do have concerns that an operative or representative from a contractor who calls at your home has not abided by the terms set out please let us know as soon as possible on 0203 166 2608 so we can address the issue.
