Log a commerical complaint online

If you are a client of Co-op Homes, in other words you have a business relationship with us, such as a management agreement for us to provide managing agent services to your organisation, and you or your Management Committee are dissatisfied,  please let us know via our client complaints policy (available on the link below).

This policy provides a non-contractual route to resolving issues through an accessible, confidential and easy to use procedure. If you have any questions about this please contact us.

You may email homes@coophomes.coop to register the complaint on behalf of your organisation or submit details on the form at the bottom of this page.


We can accept a complaint made in line with our Client Complaint Policy where there is an expression of dissatisfaction with services provided under contract about the standard of service, actions or lack of action by Co-op Homes, our colleagues, or those acting on our behalf which affect a client and which fall within the scope of the management contract.

A complaint, whether justified or not, may be about something that Co-op Homes should or should not have done, has done badly, or has done or not done in accordance with the terms and conditions of the management contract. A complaint may also be about a complainant (on behalf of their co-op)  feeling that they have not been treated fairly or they have been discriminated against in the provision of a service. Please, therefore, use the form below or email directly to homes@coophomes.coop if you have a client complaint.

If you are a tenant of Co-op Homes or a member of a housing co-operative with a personal complaint against Co-op Homes, please use the standard consumer complaint form located here.

If you are a member of a housing co-operative and wish to complain to your own co-op or housing provider about matters affecting you and/or decisions made by your management committee please refer to your co-op's own complaints policy which you can find on the individually named co-ops page on this website or you may contact us for their latest version.

Log a client complaint

Your complaint should be centered around the business contract your co-op or organisation has with Co-op Homes and should specifically point out your dissatisfaction and/or where your co-op believes that Co-op Homes has failed to deliver against this.
