Co-op Homes is committed to providing homes that are well maintained and efficient to heat. Our asset management plan is designed to help deliver on these promises with a rolling programme of improvement and maintenance work alongside day to day repairs.

It is important to us that your home is well maintained, so we carry out regular surveys to assess the condition of every home.  From this we deliver a programme of planned works.

We focus on the homes that need work to meet minimum standards, better energy performance or just replacing components that are coming to the end of their life.

Your home may not fall into one of these programmes but we will keep it under review and if we are planning to improve any aspect of your home, we will be in touch.
