Your time as a volunteer is precious, so let us get on with the day to day whilst also giving you the transparency and control to make the big decisions.

We can help with the heavy lifting in the following areas:

Routine Repairs - We have a responsive repairs service which includes out of hours.  Customers can phone us or report their repair online and you can have a list of contractors that you approve, including any you want to nominate.

 

Mechanical and Electrical - We can manage all your mechanical and electrical needs including any specialist or unusual equipment.  Some of our coops have unusual buildings, like a converted Victorian water tower, nothing phases us.

Communal areas - Communal areas come with a range of risks from fire safety to trip hazards.  Let us make sure your communal needs are met from insurance to Fire Risk Assessments so that you and your residents are protected.

Housing Casework - There are some situations which may need a more intensive approach.  We can manage a variety of casework on your behalf including complaints, data incidents, anti-social behaviour, tenancy enforcement, legal disputes, and neighbour issues.  

Lettings - We can work with you in a number of ways to get empty properties re-let as soon as possible.  We can source applicants in line with your policies or sign up the people you refer to us.  Either way it's a partnership.
