We were set up by coops for coops, and if you are interested in being part of a thriving cooperative housing sector, making sure your co-op is around in another 30 years and lifting some of the burden whilst remaining in control, then talk to us.

Who we are

We were set up in 1986 by a group of co-ops to provide them and and other co-ops with a range of services.  We are a registered provider owning some 300 homes in our own right and we are part of the Richmond Housing Parnership Group and we are an active member of the Confederation of Co-operative Housing (CCH) and the London Federation of Housing Co-operatives (LFHC).

We offer a tailored, high quality, value for money service. This ranges from one-off projects or interim support through to a full suite of long-term front and back office services – whatever you need, we'll work in partnership with you to make sure your unique services are supported, leaving you to get on with what you do best.
