Co-op Homes closed over Easter period

Our offices will be closed on the Good Friday and Easter Monday Bank Holidays, reopening on Tuesday 2nd April.

If Co-op Homes normally carries out repairs for you:

No urgent or routine jobs will be carried out while we're closed but in the event of an emergency please still call the normal number, 020 3166 2608.  Your call will be redirected to Pinnacle, our out-of-hours contractor, who will make arrangements to make the situation safe.  You might need to make a second appointment to complete a repair job when our offices re-open.

What is an emergency repair?

  • Complete loss of water or burst pipes
  • Complete loss of electricity (after checking your fuse board, individual sockets and ensuring you have fuel credit)
  • Blocked soil pipe, main drain or WC (if you only have one WC in the house)
  • Loss of heating and/or hot water
  • Major structural defect that affects the stability of the building or is potentially unsafe
  • Broken windows or doors following a break-in (police crime number must be provided)
  • Offensive, racist or hate crime graffiti.


If you're a Bramleys or Minster member

Please refer to your own co-op's emergency arrangements

If you're an Ealing, Chippenham, Flame, Nimbus or Senacre member

Please let a member of your committee know if an emergency repair arises.

For a complete loss of gas supply

For a complete loss of gas supply (after checking your fuel credit), or a smell of gas, please turn off your supply at the meter and call National Grid IMMEDIATELY ON 0800 111 999. 


Non-emergency repairs

For repairs that are not an emergency, you can still report it yourself online at Fixflo and we'll be happy to process this issue when we re-open on Tuesday 2nd January.
