Below you will find links to the information we publish under each of the seven required categories.

General meetings are open to all members. Every member attending a general meeting has the right to speak, vote and participate in decisions about the co-operative.
At general meetings, members elect a Management Committee of up to eleven members. The Committee is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and business of the co-operative and has the authority to do all things necessary to manage QBTC, except for matters reserved to the membership in general meeting, including the election of Committee members and the appointment of the auditor.
The Management Committee is accountable to the membership and reports on the management and performance of the co-operative at each general meeting. It also presents an annual report to members at the Annual General Meeting.

We publish the Annual Financial Statements on this website.
