Residents in West London have been reporting to us that the cleaning and grounds maintenance in their communal areas has left much to be desired. 

So because we listen to your views, we looked at the complaints and carried out further spot checks to review the existing service.   We agree that the service was far below the standard Co-op Homes' residents should expect so we're delighted to let you know that we’ve contracted a new cleaning company to cover the Hillingdon, Hayes, Hounslow and Isleworth areas.  We’ve been using this company to rave reviews and high customer satisfaction over in the Slough and Reading areas for a couple of years and were delighted that they agreed to expand their area of operation just for Co-op Homes.  The timetables of their scheduled Middlesex visits will soon be displayed in common areas.
