Vermin
If your property has become infested with pharaoh ants or cockroaches, please let us know and we will organise for a pest controller to visit.
We cant help with eradicating other types or vermin or insects, such as ants, flying ants, ladybirds, mice, rats, pigeons, bedbugs, wasps in single properties as this is not the landlord's responsibility. If your home is affected we advise you to contact your local authority or council's environmental health team who provide a pest control service for a reasonable fee.
However, if any of the creatures listed on this page are affecting a block of neighbouring properties that share a communal space your landlord will assume responsibility and organise a eradication.
