Abandoned Properties
If you think that a neighbouring property may have been abandoned we would be grateful if you could let us know so that we can carry out investigations to find out what is happening.
You can contact us by sending an email to homes@coophomes.coop remembering to include the address of the property and a brief note telling us:
1. Why you think the property has been abandoned.
2. When was the last time you saw anyone at the property.
3. Whether there are any windows or doors left open.

You do not need to tell us your name if you choose not to, but if you do we may be able to give you some feedback (subject to confidentiality rules).
