If you are registered with the Regulator for social housing (RSH), we can help you understand what you need to do to meet their standards and support you to put plans in place to get you there. The new consumer standards have brought in new set of requirements and there is a stronger link with the Housing Ombudsman regarding complaints. The standards also link back to Building Safety and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
