Each Christmas, Co-op Homes comes together with a shared purpose: to spread joy, kindness, and a little seasonal magic across our communities. One of our most valued traditions is preparing and delivering Christmas Hampers to our tenants aged 75 and over—a gesture that holds great meaning for both our residents and our team.
This much-loved initiative is once again being led by the incredible Kathy McNulty, whose dedication and passion truly bring it to life. Over recent weeks, our colleagues have been hard at work—selecting festive treats, thoughtfully arranging each hamper, and storing them safely as we count down to delivery day.

Our fantastic employees have generously volunteered their own time to hand-deliver these hampers. While they may not be travelling by sleigh this year, they will be journeying from Reading to all corners of London—armed with warm smiles, festive spirit, and beautifully prepared gifts.
We hope these hampers offer our valued older residents a moment of joy, connection, and Christmas cheer. It’s our way of saying: you matter, you are appreciated, and we wish you a warm and wonderful festive season.
