John is a hugely experienced housing professional with a deep knowledge of operations and strategy across a wide range of disciplines.

He has 12 years’ experience at an executive level at Metropolitan Thames Valley, Thames Valley Housing Association and in Director positions at Notting Hill Housing Trust and has led on transformation, business strategy, service design, digital and integration work.  John is the Managing Director in overall control here at Co-op Homes and is our lead on the new Consumer Standards.
