Alex joined Co-op Homes in 2019. He has experience in repairs contract management and job planning.  Alex manages a front line team of housing and repairs assistants and surveyors.

As Repairs & Maintenance Manager, Alex manages day to day and cyclical repairs to Co-op Homes and co-ops properties (where this is a service that CHS provides), as well as all Health & Safety matters.

Alex is part of the Senior Management Team at Co-op Home.
