Justin McCarthy is the Executive Director of Property at Paradigm Housing. He oversees Strategic Asset Management, Repairs, Estates, Investment and Fleet for over 17000 homes.

He joined the board in Sept 2024 to increase scrutiny and understanding of Co-Op Homes Asset Management and Compliance delivery.

He has over 25 years’ experience in local authority, ALMO and Housing Association settings and a previous NED role. Justin has played a key role in a number of large scale stock swaps and acquisitions, IT transformations and complex projects. 

Justin has a keen interest in decarbonisation and green initiatives, and delivering empowering and sustainable customer services.
