Reporting Repairs

Longlife Housing Co-operative employs Home from Home to provide a repairs and maintenance service.

During normal office hours (9.00am to 5.00pm) requests for repairs, emergency or otherwise, should be made to Home from Home on 0208 472 7711.

Non emergency works can also be requested by email to longliferepairs@hfhhousing.org 

 

EMERGENCIES ONLY

In the case of emergency work needed outside of office hours you should contact Pat Kiley on 07944 940972.

Please note that an emergency repair is the rectifying of any defect, which threatens the health or safety of the residents or is likely to cause significant damage to the property and if you phone Pat Kiley’s number for work that is not an emergency you may be recharged the cost of any work done or visit made.

 

GAS & CENTRAL HEATING

All repairs needed for your gas water heater or central heating should be reported to British Gas on 0800 107 7797
