Co-op Homes is governed by a Board of Management made up of unpaid members who meet regularly throughout the year to direct policy and make major decisions on housing matters. The Board is also responsible for ensuring that Co-op Homes is managed efficiently, effectively and in line with the requirements of the law, regulatory bodies, best practice and value for money.
The Board comprises up to 8 elected members plus 1 appointed representative from our parent company, Richmond Housing Partnership. The Board also has the option of co-opting up to 3 additional members.
